products for our clients. However, on rare occasions, we
recognise there may be times where our clients may not be
entirely satisfied.
To
ensure we put things right as soon as possible, please read
our complaints procedure below, and rest assured, we will
respond promptly and ensure complete satisfaction.
Upon
completion of works, please inspect the work with the foreman
to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high
standard. If this is not possible, please inspect at your
earliest convenience.
In
the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely
satisfied with, please contact us straight away in order
that we can rectify any errors as soon as possible. You

within 7 days of the works being completed.
We
aim to respond within 3 days of receiving your complaint
and will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.
We will also inform you of the name of the person dealing
with the complaint, and keep you informed during the process.
