DOMESTIC GARDEN MAINTENANCE FOR YOUR HOME

Our garden management agreements will allow your gardens to be professionally maintained by a team that cares about its work, with reliable and regular calls throughout the year, regardless of weather. We will move your garden forward with pro-active improvements all year round. Previously tired and dreary gardens will blossom and flourish under our skilled care. From the moment we set foot in your garden, our objective is not simply to maintain, but to enhance.

Like all other living and breathing organisms, your garden needs sustenance as well as care to ensure it reaches its full potential and value. We know the recipe.

If your garden is currently neglected we can carry out a renovation at a quoted cost. Alternatively, at no additional cost, we can agree a lead-in period to bring the gardens up to standard during the maintenance service calls.

Payment may be made either monthly by Direct Debit, or annually in advance to receive a 5% discount.

DOMESTIC GARDEN CARE:

• Our maintenance agreements are detailed but informal and initially run for a period of one year, renewable annually.
• Our standard service frequencies are weekly, fortnightly or monthly throughout the year and are dependent on both the client's and the garden's needs.
• New clients are immediately allocated a senior foreman and team, which remain static throughout the service.
• The team arrives on a regular day (Mon to Fri) and approximate time, regardless of weather, and only departs once they are fully satisfied your gardens look as they should: we are not 'clock watchers'.
• Each team vehicle carries the latest in tools, machinery, materials and plants to ensure performance to the highest standards without clients having to suffer postponements.
• Two main seasonal bedding colour sessions and subsequent top ups, using the latest varieties not even available in the garden centres previously, enable us to guarantee colour all year round in your garden.
• All products used in the proper maintenance of your garden are organic, where possible, and where not, they are totally safe for domestic use.
• If you would prefer, your team can recycle all the green waste generated on each call, away from site.
• All horticultural materials, plants and seasonal bedding used in your garden will be invoiced in addition to the maintenance fee, once a month.
• You may set an annual budget for the necessary horticultural materials and plants, etc. at any time during your maintenance service. Alternatively, you may request a fully inclusive agreement.
• We can schedule an additional call, without charge, for special occasions where a call is needed immediately prior to a garden party, BBQ, etc.
• Short-term agreements are available to facilitate house sales or to cover periods periods of absence/illness.
• Your service may be cancelled at one full calendar month's notice in writing, at any time and by either party.
